Cowork Coplay is a program, initiated by Human Quotient Group Pty Ltd, dedicated to supporting Defence and veteran families. It is designed for the spouses of current and former ADF members, focusing on career and personal development, wellbeing, and community connection. Recognising the challenges that Defence life can bring to careers, finances, and relationships, Cowork Coplay takes a strengths-based approach to help spouses build skills, connect with peers, and engage with their local community. The program creates opportunities for growth while fostering resilience and long-term support networks.
Cowork Coplay program is coming to Darwin & Katherine, and applications are currently open.
