It is our usual practice to collect personal information directly from you.

We do not collect personal information about you if you only browse this website. This website only uses session cookies during a search query of the website or when you access the Privacy Events RSS feed and web-based calendar. When you close your browser the session cookie is destroyed and no personal information is kept which might identify you to us in the future.

Uses:

We only use your personal information for the purposes for which you give it to us and for related, internal management purposes. While we do have a mailing list we will not collect your data for the purpose of a mailing list without asking for your consent.

Returns & Refunds Policy 

At Villy®, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note we cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Perishable goods

  • Personal care or hygiene products (unless faulty)

  • Digital products or gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us at info@villy.com.au within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or return at no extra cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at info@villy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. Pack your item securely and send it back within 14 days.
